Autumn...Fall...You Know...
I know...everyone blogs on the seasons. But you have to admit...they're so inspiring :) Last year, fall in Iowa was almost nonexistant...it stayed warm until November...then got hit with freezing temps. In other words...no pretty fall colors or drizzly fall days.
This year, it turned cold just as it was supposed to, which means bright colors and chai tea lattes and everything! Well, I've always really enjoyed the fall, although spring is still my favorite. Fall things that I love: hot drinks, thick sweaters that I don't have the guts to wear because they aren't "in", log fires, maple leaves, candy corn, planning for upcoming holidays, apple cider, little children walking to school, rain, pumpkin pie, and-um-snuggling!

Hi Elizabeth, its lovely to 'meet' you via blogland..smile. I'm glad you came visiting and left me a comment at knitting kat. We have many similar reading interests...Frog & Toad, The Secret Garden...have you ever read 'Girl of the Limberlost'? Its such a special book too. I love Silas Marner...etc. You sound just like someone I want to come visit often. Your love for the Lord IS like Lavender and Laughter...for is it not joy to think on him...who bought us with his own precious blood?!! ~~~I've got to get supper together but I will come back and visit again, wishing you a blessed evening. Do you have prayer meeting like we do tonight?
I LOVE FALL/AUTUMN!!!!!!!!!! It is my most favorite season of the entire year!! I can't wait to wear my sweaters!! LUV YOU DEAREST!!!
If you were here you'd be able to wear them! It was 30 this morning when I left for work (with a windchill of 22).
Autumn is one of my favourite seasons, all the pretty colours and cooler temperatures!
